What are your shipping times?

Processing: Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping: between 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive after processing

Total Delivery Time: From the moment you place your order, the total delivery time is approximately 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on processing and shipping time.

 

What is your return window?

30 days from delivery if unused, with tags, in original packaging. Start by emailing info@calynor-boston.com. Please refer to our refund policy for all details.

Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link after dispatch. Please visit our Track & Trace page, enter your order number and email address, and follow the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What can I do?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
